1. Offering safe and respectful services to customers

The service offering is about a “give and take” interest for a win-win situation for everyone’s benefits. The introduction of the QFIXX Application is a construed methodology of using a mobile application technology to serve the public and control the defective lapses that existed in the service supply industry in the past for both professionals, Tradespeople, and businesses.

Joining to be a supplier on QFIXX requires that you agree to the QFIXX terms of use of the Application. You are required to render the requested service from our customers diligently without any fraudulent or criminal intention.

 

Below are the key service standard expected from every registered supplier

                                             

Registered supplier agrees to:

  • Follow advice and guidelines for rendering services by suppliers as stated on the government website due to COVID 19.

  • For more information, please visit gov.uk or your local government site.

 

2. Personal and Professional Conduct

We expect QFIXX registered suppliers to behave honestly and professionally in all dealings with customers. We will report to the rightful government agencies including the POLICE for any suspicious behavior to harass, intimidate, or abuse our customers once you are connected to offer the service,

Being a Registered supplier, you agree to:

  • Be courteous and respectful to all customers, their properties, and belongings at all times

  • Will not act in a verbally or physically confrontational manner towards customers or the general public

  • Respect customer's privacy and maintain confidentiality with regards to any information obtained by working with customers and their properties & belongings.

  • Keep the site environment and surroundings safe for the duration of the works being carried out

  • Make arrangements through the QFIXX App prior to any visits to customers' properties or location of service.

  • Comply with current Health & Safety requirements and only carry out works that fall within their professional ability

  • Goods and services supplied should meet customers’ requirements, be fit for purpose and comply with UK legislation

  • Only obtain contact information for potential customers via lawful means and do not undertake door to door sales

 

3. Communications

The key to a successful business is good communication, we put the following guidelines in place to help support all our registered suppliers when communicating with customers.

Registered suppliers agree to:

  • Provide honest and realistic information about work dates, the length of the job, and the price

  • Inform customers if they are unable to carry out agreed works, to enable customers to locate an alternative

  • Keep to all appointments booked and to the time agreed. If they are unable to make the original time or date, they must contact customers to try to re-schedule wherever possible

  • Inform customers of any call-out charges before attending the works

  • Respond to all customer communications and contact in a professional, timely manner

  • Use their service App to interact with customers at all time to keep track of communications and services rendered to customers

  • Respond clearly when corresponding with customers mainly if a dispute arises. The use of screenshots could be helpful in most cases

 

4. Quotes, payments and contracts

Registered suppliers are required at all times to use their QFIXX SERVICE APP when providing documentation that is required for their service. This will then assist when works are underway so you are kept fully informed, during and after the works are completed.

Registered suppliers agree to:

  • Be specific and set out a clear, detailed quotation document by using their service Apps

  • Before or during works, agree in writing or recorded voice evidence of any changes to the agreed quote/contract value prior to the work/additional work being completed

  • Terms & Conditions to be provided (and in accordance with the Consumers Rights Act 2015) and to include a 14-day cooling-off period if applicable

  • Invoices to be supplied to customers with payment terms

  • Full payment will not be taken until work is completed.

  • Payment can be by cash or card depending on the customer’s choice.

 

5. Customer reviews

Customer reviews are one of the major controlling instruments that we use for monitoring QFIXX registered suppliers’ performances. Suppliers depend on reviews to build their reputation to be trusted on QFIXX rely on reviews to be able to monitor registered suppliers.

Registered suppliers agree to:

  • Kindly request a review from every customer and not exert pressure on a customer to leave a review

  • Collect reviews following our guidelines on how to obtain reviews

  • Will not provide non-genuine/falsified reviews as this a serious breach of the QFIXX Standard

To ensure the Reviews are genuine, QFIXX has a dedicated reviews team that aims to authenticate reviews in various ways. This includes phone calls to customers who have left a review, tracking of IP addresses, emailed verification links, and other methods. Falsifying Feedback is strictly forbidden and would result in suspension or termination of registered suppliers’ membership.

 

6. Resolving issues

By choosing QFIXX Application to source your tradespeople, you will have access to the full support our company provides to all service suppliers. Our experienced team of customer service and Technical support team will be on hand to provide you with advice you might need if things go wrong. We would help in resolving any issues which cannot be directly solved between you and the customers in case of dispute; giving you extra peace of mind. Your App also have the option to review your served customers

 

7. Your subscription

We operate a periodic subscription model for registered suppliers to be active on QFIXX. Subscriptions are pre-paid for Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly periods. Only registered suppliers with valid subscriptions are shown to customers requesting for their service category. Subscriptions are not refundable

Registered suppliers agree to:

  • To pay a subscription for the periods of their choice.

  • Not to request for any refund at any time unless in a situation we experience some technical issue with double charges on registered suppliers credit card.

  • Report any technical issues they come across with the subscription payment whether it is in their favor or not.

 

8. Registered supplier’s membership requirements

All QFIXX registered suppliers must be vetted through our background identity checks prior to being accepted as a registered supplier’ on QFIXX, but it doesn’t stop there! We complete ongoing vetting and monitoring to ensure registered suppliers continuously meet our standards.

Registered supplier’s mandatory requirements to adhere to:

  • Provide accurate information in order to complete all required vetting processes

  • Provide an acceptable form of ID. Driving license or international passport

  • Provide proof of address

  • Hold valid licenses and insurances required to offer his trade or services to the general public.

  • Only complete work that falls within their professional competence and supply proof of accreditation were legally obliged to hold

  • Inform us of any changes to the business, documents we hold, including change of ownership, legal status, or change of address

  • Handle all complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Comply with the QFIXX Terms and Conditions of the use of the Application

  • Agree to the terms of our privacy policy
